葉宏謨教授畢業於台灣大學電機工程學系，及交通大學管理科學研究所碩士、博士班。擁有美國產業管理學會(APICS)頒發之CPIM認証，從事「資訊管理」之實務、教學、及研究多年。為台灣「資訊管理學會」創始人之一並擔任理監事迄今，亦為「中華ERP學會」創始會員並擔任理事迄今。
實務方面，曾任華王電機公司(家電業)生管課課長、管理部副理，及復盛公司(機械業、電子業)管理部經理、副總經理，寶盛數位科技(ERP系統業)總經理，並曾擔任矽品(電子業)、湯谷(連鎖洗衣業)等多家公司顧問，協助企業改善管理制度、建立資訊系統。教學方面，1981年創立並從此在輔仁大學資訊管理學系任教，1989至1996年間擔任系主任。
1993年獲教學特優教師獎。1996至1997年在多倫多大學羅德曼管理學院(Rotman
School of Management)任客座教授，開授MBA課程－作業規劃與控制。2004年主導協助輔仁大學榮獲AACSB認証。目前在輔仁大學資訊管理系講授企業資源規劃、供應鏈管理、及SOA企業資訊系統。研究方面，曾在中外學術刊物發表學術論文四十餘篇並出版十五本學術書籍，內容以製造業管理及資訊系統為主。曾於1985及1988年兩度榮獲傑出研究成果獎，2001年9月起獲聘為加拿大多倫多大學機械與工業工程系(MIE
Department)客座研究員，與美、加兩國教授合作進行研究。 |
